Account

The Account settings tab is where you manage your security and passwords.

To access "Account":

  1. From the top bar, click on your profile photo;

  2. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu;

  3. Select "Account".

From the Account tab, you can:

  1. Create a new workspace;

  2. Change the password for your account;

  3. Log out of current spaces.

To change your password:

  1. Click on your profile photo and select "Settings";

  2. Navigate to the "Account" tab and select "Change your password";

  3. Enter your current password;

  4. Enter your new password;

  5. Confirm your new password;

  6. "Save" your password;

  7. Or click "Cancel".

If you don't remember your password, an alternate option would be to request a password reset link sent to your email address from the login page. You will need to log out of your account to get back to the login page.

To leave current space:

You cannot leave the current space if you only have access to one space on CreatiBI, or if you are the administrator of the current space.

  1. Navigate to the "Account" tab of "Settings";

  2. Click "Leave current space".

After leaving the current space, you will be automatically switched to another space of yours. Exiting the current space will only deactivate your personal access to that space; the space itself will continue to exist.
