# Timeline

### How to check your first project timeline!

1. Go to one of your projects on the left pane and hit "**Timeline**" at the top;
2. Click on "**Script**" or "Media **review**" depending on which task status you want to track;
 * Both “Script” and “Media review” offer the same features but for different tasks;
3. \[Take "Script" as an example], you can find one red vertical line denoting "Today" in the Gantt Chart with all scripts on the left;
 * If you don't have any script yet, the left pane will be blank;
4. You can find the overall task progress on the left: "xx completed", "xx producing" and "xx rejected";
5. Choose one of the grey arrows on the Gantt Chart to observe if the corresponding script task is on track: "On time", "Due in xx days", or "Overdue";
6. You can also check the task review status: "Approved", "Completed", "Rejected", "Changes required", "Waiting for review" and "Draft"
 * "Approved" and "Completed" are marked with Green;
 * "Rejected" is marked with Red;
 * "Changes required" is marked with Orange;
 * "Waiting for review" and "Draft" are marked with Grey;
7. You can find the scriptwriter for the task if any is assigned to the task; otherwise, the avatar will not appear for the script task；
8. For script tasks with the same due date, a vertical progress bar appears at the end of each due date and automatically calculates the completion rate;
 * For instance, if two tasks share the same due date but only one is finished on time, the vertical progress bar will show 1/2 to indicate the completion rate;
9. If you are interested in any of the scripts, simply choose one script on the left and you will be able to see the script content;
10. Repeat the above steps to check the timeline for more projects!
