Ocean Engine integration

With the integration with Ocean Engine in CreatiBI, you can:

Upload creatives directly to your Ocean Engine advertising account;
Automatically synchronize your Ocean Engine creatives' performance data in CreatiBI.

To integrate CreatiBI with Ocean Engine, you need to have an Ocean Engine account.

How to connect

Step 1 - Connect the Ocean Engine app to your CreatiBI project

Log into CreatiBI and locate the project where you want to enable the Ocean Engine integration;
Click on "Customize" in the upper right corner;
Scroll down to the "Applications" section, then select "Add application";
Choose "Ocean Engine";
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authorization of your Ocean Engine account;
Once authorized, you will be able to see that Ocean Engine has been successfully added in the panel of customized applications.

The Ocean Engine app falls under the category of advertising platform in CreatiBI. Each organization or workspace has a designated authorization administrator who alone can add and authorize these apps. If you're not the authorization admin, you'll be prompted when attempting to add this type of app. Please contact your organization's or workspace's authorization administrator for the authorization process.
The initial member to register an organization or collaborative space automatically becomes its authorization administrator. This role can later be transferred to another member within the organization.

Step 2 - Assign Ocean Engine advertising accounts to team members

Log into CreatiBI and locate any project with the Ocean Engine app integrated;
Click "Customize" in the upper right corner;
Scroll to the "Applications" section and select "Ocean Engine";
Go to the "Assign accounts" tab and click "Enter admin console";
Within the admin console, finalize the account assignment.

Key features

Upload creatives

Once you've set up the Ocean Engine app integration, you can seamlessly upload the creatives you've crafted in CreatiBI straight to your Ocean Engine ad accounts.
