Manage setting

Organization name

The default name for an organization is derived from the company's email domain. The first member to register the organization is granted a single chance to modify the organization's name. To edit the organization name again, you need to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

To edit the organization name:

  1. Click on "Organization name";

  2. Enter the new organization name.

Division name

Every organization member who registers individually with a corporate email domain automatically establishes a new division. The division admin has the flexibility to change the division name anytime.

To edit the division name:

  1. Click on "Division name";

  2. Enter the new division name.

Auto-logout

The auto-logout feature is exclusively available for organizations and is set to never auto-logout by default. Division admins can configure the auto-logout period, such as 7 or 14 days. If you set an auto-logout duration and when the organization member reaches the set duration, the system will automatically log the member out. Members will need to log in again to continue using CreatiBI.

To configure the auto-logout

  1. Click on the right arrow next to "Automatic logout";

  2. Select the desired auto-logout duration.

The Auto-logout feature is available for CreatiBI's Advanced plan and above. Visit our pricing page for more information.

Password strength

CreatiBI offers two password strength options: Simple and Complex, with Simple being the default. Under Simple rules, passwords must be at least 8 characters long and may include numbers, letters, and special symbols. The Complex rules require a password to be at least 8 characters long and must include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number or special symbol.

Division admins can change the password rules. Changes to the password rules will affect new registrations and password changes, but will not impact users who have already set their passwords.

To set the password strength control:

  1. Click on the right arrow next to "Password strength";

  2. Select the desired password strength.

The Password Strength feature is available for CreatiBI's Business plan and above. Please visit our pricing page for more information.

Guest invite control

By default, admins, members, and guests of an organization can all invite guests to join the organization. With guest "Invite control", division admins can limit the guest invitation to admin-only, restricting this ability for members and guests.

To set up guest invite control:

  1. Click on the right arrow next to "Invite control";

  2. Choose who can invite guests as needed.

The Invite Control feature is available for CreatiBI's Business plan and above. Please visit our pricing page for more information.

Trusted guest domain

By default, guests can be invited from any email domain. To restrict invitations to certain domains, you can use the "Trust Guest Domain" feature which ensures only guests with emails from specified domains can join, enhancing organizational content security.

To set up a trusted guest domain:

  1. Click on the right arrow next to "Trusted Guest Domain";

  2. Enter guest email domains you trust;

  3. If you enter multiple domains, you can input them line by line to maintain the format of one email domain per line.

The Trust Guest Domain is available for CreatiBI's Enterprise plan. Please visit our pricing page for more information.
