Manage application
Through application management, you can manage all the applications that have been added to the current division's projects. We currently support both ad platforms and social media.
Ad platform
Who can allocate Ad accounts?
Authorized ad accounts need to be allocated among various teams by the division admin or authorized admin.
To allocate ad accounts:
Enter the admin console;
Select "Apps" from the left sidebar;
Choose the relevant ad platform, such as "Google Ads," and click "..." next to it;
On the page for authorized accounts, choose the team you want to allocate;
Follow the on-screen instructions on the assignment page to assign accounts to teams.
Ad accounts must be assigned to specific teams, and during this assignment, you can set the scope of use. CreatiBI supports three different settings for usage scope, detailed in the following table:
Regardless of the scope of use settings, the ad account will be considered as assigned to the team. The only difference is which members within the team can use the ad account.
Batch Select Ad Accounts
Batch selection of ad accounts allows you to quickly pick the ad accounts you want to allocate without manually ticking each one on the allocation page.
To batch select ad accounts:
Click on "Batch selection";
Copy the list of ad account IDs you have organized in another document, such as an Excel spreadsheet where you manage your company's ad accounts;
Paste this list into the batch selection input box;
Verify that each ad account ID is on a separate line, then click "Confirm".
After clicking "Confirm," the system automatically displays ad accounts that have been matched and selected.
The batch selection feature supports up to 1000 ad accounts at a time.
Sync accounts
When you can't find the ad account you need, it's often because you've only added a new ad account on the media platform but haven't synced the latest list of ad accounts to CreatiBI. You can synchronize your newly added ad accounts into CreatiBI using the "Sync account" feature.
Allocated accounts
If you have inactive ad accounts still counting towards the allocable account limit, you can unassign them to free up allocation space.
To adjust allocated ad accounts:
Enter the admin console;
Select "Apps" from the left sidebar;
Choose your target ad platform, such as "Google Ads";
Select the team and adjust the assigned accounts for each team.
In CreatiBI, each team is treated as an entirely separate entity. Therefore, allocating an advertising account to multiple teams will count multiple times against allocated advertising accounts.
Assign a unique account for creative upload
Assigning a unique account for creative upload has been industry's best practice to keep materials organized. We recommend creating only one account specifically for creative uploads for each team to avoid chaos.
To assign a unique account for creative upload:
Enter the admin console;
Choose "Apps" from the side menu;
Choose your target ad platform such as "Google Ads";
Select the team;
Choose the unique creative upload account from the ad accounts assigned to the current team.
After you have configured the unique account for creative upload, the account will become the default account when team members distribute creatives within a project.
Authorization expiration
On the manager account page, the current account's authorization status is displayed. Upon authorization expiration, an expiration notice will be displayed, and you can reauthorize to continue using them in CreatiBI.
Social media
Social media apps enable status control of authorized accounts, with only active accounts counting towards the total usage.
To adjust the account status:
Enter the admin console;
Choose "Apps" from the side menu;
Choose your target social media, such as "Douyin" and click "..." next to it;
On the page for authorized accounts, choose the team you want to allocate;
Follow the on-screen instructions on the assignment page to assign accounts to teams;
On the page, "Valid" means accounts are authorized and active, while "Invalid" accounts need reauthorization.
Accounts that are paused will no longer appear in the list of selectable social media accounts.
