# Edit timeline

For all the operations below, you can change the assigned scriptwriter or media producer anytime on the calendar.&#x20;

You can also change the task status by modifying the icon next to the left handle of the timeline.

All changes made to tasks on the calendar will be reflected in the "Script" and "Media review" tab at the top.

#### If your script/media review task doesn't have any pre-set timeline:

1. Choose the task without a clear timeline;
2. Hover your mouse on the calendar;
3. Click on "+" on the calendar;
4. Drag the left and right-end handle to adjust the start and end date of the task

#### If you want to shift the task timeline without altering its duration

1. Choose your target task;
2. Hold the existing timeline when you see the purple date navigator;
3. Move the timeline to any preferred date on the calendar

#### If you want to shift the task timeline and alter its duration

1. Choose your target task;
2. Hover your mouse on the existing timeline;
3. Drag the left and right-end handle to adjust the start and end date of the task
