Inbox is your notification center for CreatiBI.
Your inbox displays updates on projects you're a member of, and scriptwriting and media review tasks that you collaborate on or that are assigned to you within a given workspace or organization.
If you visit CreatiBI regularly and don’t want to receive email notifications, you can turn them off and check the updates in tasks and projects using Inbox.
To access Inbox:
Click "Inbox" from the sidebar. The notifications for your organization or workspace will appear in the main pane. The most recent will be in view first. The orange dot next to the Inbox in the sidebar denotes new notifications and the purple dot in the inbox denotes new notifications.

You will receive notifications for task updates, @mentions, and invitation updates.
Task updates:
When you are assigned a scriptwriting or media production task;
When the assignment of a scriptwriting or media production task to you is canceled;
When the deadline for the scriptwriting or media production task assigned to you changes;
When you are assigned as a collaborator for a scriptwriting or media production task;
When the status of the scriptwriting or media production task you are collaborating on changes;
When you are needed to review a scriptwriting or media production task.
@mentions:
When you are mentioned in the comments of a scriptwriting or media production task.
Invitation updates:
When the team invites you to join;
When the project invites you to join；
When the portfolio invites you to join;
When a request to join the team requires your approval;
When a request to join the project requires your approval;
When inviting members to join the team requires your approval;
When inviting guests to join the team requires your approval.
Inbox filter options
Using your inbox toolbar, you can filter the type of notifications you receive.
