Billing management is your central hub for upgrades and payments. Contact your billing administrator for plan upgrades or increased usage.
CreatiBI offers multiple subscription plans to choose from based on your team's size and required feature usage. Visit our pricing page to learn more about the differences between versions.
Currently, CreatiBI supports various payment channels, including Stripe, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. You can opt for automatic renewal or choose to purchase and renew manually.
After successfully upgrading, you can view your active subscription plan and the number of subscribed seats in the subscription plan section. If your seats are filled or you need to add more, you can click "Add seats". To change your subscription plan, click "Update plan".
Updating your subscription plan allows you to change your subscribed features, number of seats, and auto-renewal period as needed.
If you're on an auto-renewal subscription, any downgrades to your plan or seat count will apply from your next renewal date onwards. Until then, you'll retain access to your current plan's features.
To add more seats, simply adjust your current plan's seat count. Each plan has specific seat subscription requirements. See the following table for details:

Feature usage lets you monitor your feature use. If you need more than the basic allocation, you can purchase extra usage. CreatiBI provides basic quotas for storage, ad accounts, and social media accounts based on your plan and number of seats. See the table below for more details:

Note: The options of 0GB, 100GB, and 200GB refer to the different versions of storage space available per seat that you can select.
To increase your feature usage:
Click on "Feature Usage" to go to the usage details page;
Select the feature usage you want to increase and click "Increase";
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
If you opt for an auto-renewal subscription, the payment section will show the exact payment method you'll use, along with the date of your next payment.
If you purchase your plan annually, you won't see payment information but the bill.
You can update your payment information or cancel auto-renewal.
Click on "Change payment method";
Follow on-screen instructions to complete the change.
You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime. Once you cancel, your account won't be automatically renewed on the next billing cycle, yet you can enjoy your current plan up until that date.
To cancel your auto-renewal:
Click on "Cancel subscription";
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
The billing owner shows the individual responsible for managing upgrades, plan adjustments, and payments for the division.
Initially, this role is assumed by the division creator, but you can transfer it to another organization member.
To change the billing owner:
Click on "Reassign";
Select an organization member and confirm the change.
Your billing captures all payment activities. You can easily download your invoices or request receipts from the billing.
CreatiBI supports paying for a specific team rather than for the entire division. If you're looking to upgrade just one team, it's important to ensure that the team is independent since the team eligible for the team bill should not be part of any division.
If you need to make a payment for a specific team, you first need to remove it from the division's team list through team management. Once removed, team members can upgrade the team's plan via the billing tab on the team settings page.
