Trigger

Trigger" is the logical test and "Action" is the "value_if_true" in a typical "IF" function.

Some triggers can be directly added while some others need further editions.

You can also add multiple triggers to initiate the actions.

Assign tasks:

When you assign a script-writing task,

  1. Choose whom (not) to assign by simply clicking "Assign to certain members" and @ the person or a group of people.

To assign a media production task:

  1. Choose which field the chosen task belongs to since some tasks can be available in script writing and media review;

  2. Choose whom (not) to assign by simply clicking "Assign to certain members" and @ the person or a group of people.

Review status change:

  1. Choose which script status will trigger the action.

  2. Choose which media review status will trigger the action.

Before and after the due date:

  1. Choose which field the chosen date belongs to since some dates can be available in script writing and media review;

  2. Choose which date will trigger the action.

Change the script, collaborator, and tag:

  1. Choose the updated script that will trigger the action.

  2. Choose the updated collaborator that will trigger the action.

  3. Choose the tag that will trigger the action.

    1. Tag might be hidden and to open the tag column, cancel "Hide" in the Script, Media review, and Creative tables.

Change the creative name, distribution channel, tag, and score:

  1. Choose the updated creative name that will trigger the action.

  2. Choose the updated distribution that will trigger the action.

  3. Choose the tag that will trigger the action.

    1. Tag might be hidden and to open the tag column, cancel "Hide" in the Script, Media review, and Creative tables.

  4. Choose the minimal score that will trigger the action.
