# Project setting

**Click the drop-down arrow to access the following options:**

* Edit project details - modify the name and description;
* Manage project permissions;
* Set color & icon;
* Copy project link;
* Add to Portfolio;
* Delete project.

> Tips:
>
> 1. Click on the current project icon to quickly set the color and icon.
> 2. Hover over the current project name and click to change the project name.
> 3. Favorite the project by clicking the star symbol beside the project name, adding it to your sidebar for easy access.

**To change a project's name and description:**

1. Click on the drop-down menu;
2. Select "**Edit project details".**

**To change a project's color and icon:**

1. Click on the drop-down menu;
2. Select "**Set color & icon"；**
3. Choose your ideal color & icon.

**To move a project to another team:**

> You can only move a project to the team you have joined.

1. Click the drop-down menu;
2. Select "**Edit project details";**
3. Type the name of the destination team.

#### To edit project permission:

Project admins can control who can edit project icons and workflows, and invite project members. By default, both project admins and editors have these permissions.&#x20;

However, you can modify this to allow only admins to perform these actions, ensuring tighter management control over the project.

> The project permission setting is available for CreatiBI's Business plan and above.

1. Click on the dropdown menu;
2. Select "**Project permissions**";
3. Click on the dropdown to choose either "**Project admins and editors**" or "**Project admin**".

#### To copy a project link: <a href="#h_01hqnj8297mycbnn5e638ecm50" id="h_01hqnj8297mycbnn5e638ecm50"></a>

1. Click the drop-down menu;
2. Select "**Copy project link".**

#### To add a project to the portfolio:

1. Click the drop-down menu;
2. Select "**Add to portfolio";**
3. Type the name of the destination portfolio.

> You will see a list of portfolios that already include the current project and there is no need to add it again if it has already been included.

#### To delete a project: <a href="#id-01h8eq72y97mg46em3p40gpm8f" id="id-01h8eq72y97mg46em3p40gpm8f"></a>

> Deleting a project deletes it for everyone. Only delete projects that you are sure no one wants to keep. Only [project admins](/en-us/fundamentals/project/project-permission.md) can delete projects.

1. Click the drop-down menu;
2. Select "**Delete project".**

> Assigned scriptwriting and video review tasks will not get deleted. You can find these tasks in "My task" and keep working on these.
